| I headed back up to Waipu with M&J and spent the day in the brewery. It's amazing what you can learn even just by sitting and watching people in different breweries, even if it's just doing simple, very familiar tasks. Especially when said people are as experienced and talented as Jason! |

In addition to a great day up at the brewery, I managed to do a bit of resupply in Waipu, plus we had a (second night in a row!) great dinner at the Sawmill Brewery 20 minutes or so to the south.
